Who we are

Studio is operated by qero.cc. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our" it means qero.cc. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect and why

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google profile information including your profile photo. This is used to identify your account and personalise your experience.

Photos you upload. When you use a template that requires a photo (such as Make Me Rich), you upload an image of yourself. This photo is sent to our third-party AI provider (fal.ai) to generate your result image. Your uploaded photo is stored on our servers and may be retained to improve our service.

Generated images. All images generated through our service are stored on our servers. They are linked to your account and visible to you in your account area.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe may collect and process payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Usage data. We collect basic usage data such as which templates you use, how many credits you spend, and when you generate images. This helps us improve the service.

Third-party AI services

Studio uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate images, including fal.ai and the models they host (such as Flux and Easel AI face swap). When you submit a generation request, your inputs — including any uploaded photo — are transmitted to these services.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. By using Studio you acknowledge that your data is processed by these third parties as part of the image generation pipeline. We have no control over how these providers handle data on their infrastructure.

Showcase use

We may use generated images — including images that contain your likeness — as examples on our public-facing website, marketing materials, or social media to demonstrate how the service works. We will not display your name or email alongside any showcased image without your explicit permission.

If you do not want your generated images used for showcase purposes, you can opt out at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will remove any showcased images featuring you within 14 days of your request.

Your rights and image deletion

You have the right to:

• Access the images stored in your account at any time via your account page
• Request deletion of any or all of your generated images by contacting us
• Request deletion of your entire account and all associated data
• Opt out of showcase use of your images

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 14 days.

Please note that images already published as showcase material may take additional time to remove from all platforms.

Data retention

We retain your account data and generated images for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated images within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as payment records, which are retained for 7 years).

Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that profile you across other websites. Stripe may set cookies as part of the payment process.

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
