Terms of Service

The short version: use the service responsibly, don't upload photos of people without their consent, AI-generated results can fail and we will refund credits if they do, and images you generate may be used by us as public examples of the service.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Studio (studio.qero.cc), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and qero.cc.
The service
Studio is an AI-powered image generation platform. You provide inputs — including optionally a photo of yourself — and our system uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate a new image based on those inputs. The service uses AI providers including fal.ai and the models they host.
We make no guarantee that the AI will produce a specific result. Image generation is a probabilistic process and results vary. By using the service you accept that the output may not meet your expectations.
Credits and payments
Access to image generation requires credits. Credits are purchased in advance as one-time packs. Credits do not expire. All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
Credits are consumed at the point of generation — when you press the generate button. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end or on the AI provider's end, credits will be refunded to your account automatically. Credits are not refunded for results you simply dislike — this is inherent to the nature of AI generation and is clearly stated before you generate.
Third-party AI — no guarantee of results
Studio relies on third-party AI services to generate images. These services — including fal.ai, Flux, and Easel AI — operate independently of qero.cc. We have no control over:
- The quality or accuracy of any generated image
- Availability or uptime of third-party AI services
- Changes to AI model behaviour made by third-party providers
- Content filtering decisions made by AI providers
We will make every reasonable effort to ensure generations succeed and to automatically refund credits when they do not. However, we cannot be held liable for failed, distorted, or unexpected image outputs caused by third-party AI systems.
Your content and uploaded photos
When you upload a photo, you confirm that:
- You are the person in the photo, or you have explicit permission from the person in the photo to use their likeness
- The photo does not depict a minor
- You have the right to submit the photo for AI processing
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant qero.cc a licence to process that photo through our AI pipeline for the purpose of generating your requested image.
Generated images — ownership and showcase
Images generated through the service are stored on our servers and accessible through your account. You may download and use your generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
By using the service, you grant qero.cc a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use generated images — including images that contain your likeness — as examples and showcase material on our website, social media, and marketing materials, for the purpose of demonstrating how the service works.
We will not attach your name, email, or personal details to any publicly showcased image. If you do not want your images used for showcase purposes, contact us at [email protected] and we will exclude or remove your images from showcase use within 14 days.
Image storage and deletion
All generated images are saved to your account and stored on our servers. You can view your images at any time in your account area. If you wish to delete your images or your entire account, contact us at [email protected] and we will process your request within 14 days.
Prohibited use
You may not use Studio to:
- Generate images of real people without their consent
- Generate images of minors in any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate context
- Create images intended to deceive, defame, or harm any individual
- Generate content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to circumvent content filters or safety systems
- Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without our written permission
- Use the service in any automated or scripted manner without our written permission
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qero.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, failed generations, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Changes to the service and terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
