Refund Policy

The short version: if a generation fails due to a technical error, your credits are refunded automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't used them. We don't refund credits for results you dislike — that's the nature of AI.

Automatic credit refunds

Credits are automatically refunded to your account — without you needing to ask — in the following situations:

Generation failed due to a technical error
If the AI service fails, times out, or returns no image due to a server-side issue, your credits are returned immediately and automatically.
AI provider outage or error
If our AI provider (fal.ai) experiences an error or outage that causes your generation to fail, your credits are refunded automatically.
Content blocked by safety filters
If your generation is blocked by AI safety systems for reasons outside your control, your credits are returned.

What we do not refund

Results you dislike
AI image generation is creative and unpredictable. If your image generates successfully but doesn't match your expectations, we cannot refund those credits. This is clearly communicated before you generate.
Poor face swap quality
Face swap results depend heavily on the quality of your uploaded photo. If the generation completes but the face swap quality is low due to a poor input photo, credits are not refunded. We recommend a clear, front-facing, well-lit photo.
Accidental generations
Once you press Generate and credits are deducted, the process is underway. We cannot refund credits for accidental clicks after generation has started.

Refunds on unused credit packs

If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you may request a full monetary refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, or once any credits have been used, credit packs are non-refundable as a monetary payment.

To request a refund on an unused pack, email us at [email protected] with your account email and the date of purchase. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Partially used packs

If you have purchased a credit pack and used some credits, we will not refund the monetary value of remaining credits. Credits themselves do not expire, so unused credits remain available in your account indefinitely.
